FAQ - K300/K301 Mechanical Keyboard
About Connection
- For 2.4G mode (ensure the keyboard is currently in 2.4G mode):
- Insert the USB receiver into your device.
- Turn on the keyboard and press the Esc and = buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. If the USB mode indicator light starts flashing, it means the keyboard has entered pairing mode.
- Once the keyboard is in pairing mode, quickly unplug and plug in the USB receiver.
- This will successfully re-pair the keyboard with the USB dongle.
- Ensure that the keyboard is fully charged before attempting to connect it.
- Confirm that the keyboard is in the correct mode.
- If you are using the wire to connect the keyboard:
- Switch the charging cable to a different USB port.
- Use another universal USB A to USB C charging cable to rule out any issues with the current cable.
- Unplug and replug the USB receiver into the USB port of your device.
- Delete the keyboard's Bluetooth connection from your computer's Bluetooth connection history.
- Restart your computer.
- Re-pair the keyboard with your computer by following the pairing instructions.
- Attempt to connect the keyboard to other devices to determine if the problem persists.

If the keyboard still cannot connect in 2.4G mode, please refer to the re-pairing steps mentioned earlier to re-pair the keyboard with the USB dongle USB dongle.
About the Driver

The driver for the MECH K300 keyboard is only for the Windows system and that the keyboard should be in the wired connection way.
- Please make sure your computer is running on the Windows operating system and that you have connected the keyboard to your computer using a wired connection.
- Don't forget to press FN+F1 to successfully switch the keyboard to wired mode.
About the keyboard keys
- Ensure that the keyboard is fully charged, as a low battery can affect its performance.
- If you are using the wire to connect the keyboard:
- Switch the charging cable to a different USB port.
- Unplug and replug the USB receiver into the USB port of your device.
- Delete the keyboard's Bluetooth connection from your computer's Bluetooth connection history.
- Restart your computer.
- Re-pair the keyboard with your computer by following the pairing instructions.
- Try connecting the keyboard to other devices to determine if the issue persists.
If you are using the 2.4G USB receiver to connect the keyboard:
If you are using Bluetooth to connect the keyboard:
- The keycap surface is matte texture, the material is ABS.
- This material is not easy to stick to the oil, you only need to wipe with a damp cloth regularly.
Please make sure you have pressed the FN+P to change the keyboard to the Mac system.
- We are sorry that we do not have separate key caps in stock and for sale right now.
- But when all our products in this series are available, we will sell separate matching keycaps.
The switches are not hot-swappable.
