About Trackball
The mouse offers three DPI (Dots Per Inch) levels to control cursor sensitivity. Start by adjusting the DPI to 1000 by pressing the DPI button on the mouse. This can help reduce the sensitivity and make the cursor easier to control.
2. Change the DPI settings:To further adjust the cursor sensitivity, press the DPI button on the mouse to cycle through the available DPI options (1000/1600/2400). Each press of the button will correspond to a different DPI level, indicated by the number of times the red light flashes (once for 1000, twice for 1600, and three times for 2400).
3. Check computer cursor speed settings:If the DPI level of 1000 still doesn't meet your requirements, check if the computer cursor speed is set too fast. To do this, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Go to the computer's settings.
- Step 2: Navigate to the Mouse Settings or Cursor Speed section.
- Step 3: Adjust the cursor speed settings to a lower value to decrease sensitivity and enhance control.
- The EM01 mouse trackball is made of Resin + spray paint, with a diameter of 34mm.
- The inner white bearing balls are made of Zirconia ceramics, with a diameter of 3mm.
- Fully charge the mouse and clean the trackball and inner white rollers by ejecting them.
- For USB dongle connection, unplug and re-plug the USB dongle.
- For Bluetooth connection, delete the mouse Bluetooth from your device's listing, restart the device, and re-pair the mouse.
- Try connecting the mouse to other devices to check if the issue persists.
