We partner with creators and community advocates who want to recommend ProtoArc products through their own channels. You can share your referral link and discount code across social media, blogs, communities, email, and other relevant spaces.
If you prefer a content-only or sponsorship collaboration, please use our Influencer application instead.
How to Become Our Affiliate

For creators who need a sample
- Purchase the product you want to recommend.
- Apply through the Join Now button. We usually review applications within two business days.
- Once approved, share your referral link on your social platforms, website, blog, or community without spamming.
- After your audience completes three qualifying orders through your link and the orders remain past the return window, we can refund your sample purchase.
- Commissions from additional orders are paid out after the standard validation period once the minimum payout threshold is reached.

For creators who already have a sample
- Apply through the Join Now button.
- Once approved, share your referral link across the channels that fit your audience.
- After three qualifying orders are completed through your link and clear the return window, send us your original purchase order number so we can review a refund.

Tracking, Referral Fees and Payment
When will I be paid?
You will be paid approximately 90 days after a commissionable sale is completed and the minimum payout is reached. Commission calculations exclude returns, refunds, taxes, and logistics fees. Payments are issued through PayPal.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
The minimum payout for an affiliate is $20. Any amount below $20 rolls forward until you reach the threshold.
How does ProtoArc track orders?
Every affiliate link includes a unique identifier, so qualifying purchases can be credited back to your account. Be sure to use the links generated in the affiliate platform so your traffic and sales can be tracked accurately.
How can I keep track of how many people I refer?
You will have access to the affiliate management tool, where you can review traffic, orders, and commission activity in detail.
How much commission can I earn?
There is no hard cap. The more qualifying sales you refer, the more commission you can earn.
How do affiliate tiers work?
We review the previous 90 days of commission performance. Once you reach the required threshold, you may unlock additional bonus opportunities and tier-based rewards.
Termination and changes
ProtoArc may suspend or terminate the program, or a user's participation in it, at any time if activity is found to be abusive or fraudulent. Program requirements and incentives may also change over time.
Updates to the terms
ProtoArc reserves the right to update the affiliate terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
