This Warranty Policy applies to products sold and shipped directly by ProtoArc, including purchases made through protoarc.com and ProtoArc's direct stores on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok. It is valid exclusively for products purchased new and in their original packaging (“ProtoArc Products”). This policy is designed to assure our customers of the quality and reliability of ProtoArc Products.

Extended Warranty for Third-Party Platform Purchases:

For purchases made through third-party platforms like Amazon and Walmart, ProtoArc extends the brand-level warranty beyond the platform's own warranty period, conforming to the terms described here. For warranty support beyond third-party platform terms, please contact ProtoArc directly.

Eligibility

This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Warranty Terms

ProtoArc is fully committed to the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring your satisfaction. All ProtoArc Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and adhere to the premium standards we promise. Should you encounter a manufacturing defect, we urge you to contact us immediately upon delivery so that we can arrange for a suitable resolution.

For the purpose of this warranty, 'Defects' are defined as significant imperfections in material or workmanship that impair the user's ability to use the product as intended. ProtoArc is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Warranty Coverage

ProtoArc provides a standard 3-year warranty across our furniture category products, starting from the date of delivery. Please note that certain items within this category may qualify for extended warranties of 5 years or even 10 years. For accurate warranty details on these specific products, we encourage customers to refer to the product's page on our website and the product manual, or to contact our customer support team for further assistance. For all other product categories, such as computer accessories and office accessories, ProtoArc offers a 2-year warranty policy from the date of delivery.

Brand Picks Section

For products featured in our “Brand Picks” section, which are selected from brands we collaborate with, the warranty policy is determined by the respective brand's policy, not by ProtoArc's. For instance, if a product from our Brand Picks section is covered by a 1-year warranty as per the manufacturing brand's policy, any warranty claim for this product will adhere to the 1-year term, irrespective of ProtoArc's warranty. Only products specifically labeled as ProtoArc Products will be covered under ProtoArc's warranty policy.

Warranty Service

Should you discover a defect in any ProtoArc Product, we request that you submit a warranty claim using the 'leave a message' form on the Contact Us page of ProtoArc's website, accompanied by photographic or video evidence, to expedite the resolution process. Our team aims to process completed claims within 1-3 business days.

In the event a replacement is necessary, we endeavor to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days, primarily through standard ground shipping services.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time, such as dents, scratches, and fading.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or natural disasters.
  • Issues related to assembly or disassembly not following ProtoArc instructions.
  • Variations in natural material finishes or damage from environmental conditions.

Claims for Damaged Products Upon Arrival

We advise inspecting your product upon arrival. Any damage or loss must be reported to ProtoArc within one week of delivery to be eligible for a claim. Late reports may not be accepted.

Policy on Replacement Parts

Some replacement parts for ProtoArc Products are available for purchase, with such transactions being final and not covered under this warranty policy. Customers should contact customer service for availability and pricing.
